Tuft Love is an intermediary provider for competitively priced industrial-grade tufting guns. 

Usage:

All tool and accessories are of industrial grade and need to be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual. Please read the manual carefully and follow instructions as described. Tuft Love is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper use of the machine. 

Repairs and returns:

We offer email support and one free video sessions to help out your technical issues. Further issues on the machine may be arranged by appointments. Because of the pandemic, we are unable to repair or accept returns in our New York location.

Tax and custom fees:

Tax and custom fees varies depending on each countries’ import regulations. Some countries may spot-check packages and charge customs. The customer is responsible for covering these fees.

What is your shipping policy? 

We ship internationally via DHL/FedEx /UPS with tracking number guaranteed for delivery. To most US cities, Canada and EU countries, shipping is $70 for one electric tufting gun and the ETA is 1-2 weeks. (Final shipping cost may be affected by total weight of your order and currency exchange rate at purchase; tax and custom charges are not included in our shipping fee.)

Do you provide any warranty?
