√ The machine can ONLY do one mode at a time and needs to be manually adjusted for the other. We recommend you get familiar with your preset before changing the pile height or the pile mode. Please check out our website for videos and instructions. 

√ The tufting machine operates under 200-250V voltage and uses type A socket. A voltage converter or a power adapter might be needed depending on your location. If you are from the US, you can purchase a transformer like this. (the power rating of the converter should be at least 360w)

√ This item ships worldwide directly from the manufacturer in China. Shipping is $70 for most locations worldwide. Tuft Love may require additional fees from you if your location requires higher shipping.

We are slowing down our sales of the tufting machine to guarantee the user experience of our existing customers. If you are interested in purchasing a machine, we recommend you to learn more about the setup and the machine's limits before purchasing. It is a mutual understanding that the machine takes extra time and care to learn and to operate. We have video and other resources to get you started.

We offer 1 free online video session to help you familiarize/fix the machine. Beyond that, you'll have to spend (sometimes frustrating) time learning about the machine. Currently due to the pandemic, we are unable to receive returned items in New York, though we try our best virtually to help you with your questions.

All machines are tested before shipping. The machine is $320 and it comes with one cut scissor head and one loop head. We recommend you to get at least 3 additional scissor heads to start. You can buy any quantity of the backing with your tufting machine purchase, no minimum required.
